SHIPPING IN GREECE We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece. Most orders ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering and credit verification, but we work hard to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays. We are working with ACS Courier and DHL. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING The shipping rate varies according to your Country. Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred. *Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. VSJ shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control. TAX-FREE PURCHASES Please note that VSJ does not offer tax-free purchases. All prices listed on our website and in our communications include applicable taxes, and no exemptions or refunds for taxes will be provided. RETURN / REFUND If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, or refund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
